AGELESS TRANSFORMATIONS 2026 GROUP COACHING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Ageless Transformations Pty Ltd (we, us, our) owns and delivers the Ageless Transformations 2026 Program (Program), including all coaching, events, materials, content and resources.
As a participant in the Program, you are referred to as you or your.
These Terms are designed to clearly outline how the Program works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you so everyone has a positive, supportive and aligned experience.
By enrolling in the Program and commencing participation, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

1. PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM ––––––––––––––––––––––
The purpose of the Program is to provide education, guidance, accountability and support to assist you with your health, fitness, lifestyle and personal transformation goals.
Jan Herdman leads the Program and is supported by a wider team. From time to time, additional facilitators, coaches or guest experts may be involved to enhance your experience.
The Program is delivered in a group format and support is provided through scheduled calls, resources and the community space.While we are here to support you, the Program is not counselling, therapy or medical treatment. Jan and the team are not medical practitioners, psychologists or counsellors.
If you require medical, psychological or specialist support, it is your responsibility to seek advice from a qualified professional.
2. PROGRAM INCLUSIONS ––––––––––––––––––––––
The Program may include:
• Monthly group coaching calls via Zoom (recorded if you cannot attend)
• Educational resources and materials
• Community support via WhatsApp
• Progress tracking and accountability
• Live events, including the Gold Coast Transformation Event and Gala
• Photoshoots and transformation documentation
As this is a live group program, details such as schedules, venues or inclusions may change where required. Any changes will be communicated and do not entitle you to a refund.
3. YOUR PARTICIPATION ––––––––––––––––––––––
To get the most from the Program, you agree to:
• Participate respectfully within the group
• Complete submissions such as measurements, progress photos and check-ins
by the requested deadlines
• Take responsibility for your own progress and wellbeing
We will not chase missing submissions. If something is not submitted on time, it will be reviewed at the next scheduled check-in.
4. HEALTH & WELLBEING ––––––––––––––––––––––
The Program may involve physical activity and lifestyle changes.
By participating, you confirm that you are medically fit to take part and have sought medical clearance where required. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
5. COMMUNICATION & COMMUNITY ––––––––––––––––––––––
Group calls are held monthly via Zoom. If you are unable to attend, recordings will be provided.
Support between calls is available via the WhatsApp community. We aim to respond within 24 business hours.
To keep boundaries clear and fair for everyone, communication should take place within the group or via email. Please do not contact Jan or team members privately unless something is urgent and cannot be handled via email.
6. EVENTS, TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION ––––––––––––––––––––––
You are responsible for booking and paying for your own flights and transfers to attend the Gold Coast event.
Where accommodation is included, it is provided for one (1) person only and allocated as either a queen single share or twin share room.
If you wish to bring a guest or plus one, this may be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.
Guests and plus ones are not permitted to attend Program sessions or events, except for the Saturday night Gala Dinner, which is ticketed separately.
Most meals and standard drinks during scheduled events are included. Any additional food, drinks, room service or incidental expenses are your responsibility.
7. PAYMENTS & PAYMENT PLANS ––––––––––––––––––––––
Program fees are as advertised at the time of enrolment and may be paid upfront or via an approved payment plan.
If you are on a payment plan, it is your responsibility to ensure payments are made on time and your card details remain current.
If a payment fails, the system will attempt to reprocess it twice. If payment is still unsuccessful:
• Access to Program materials may be paused• You may be removed from the group until payment is resolved
Communication is key. If you contact us promptly and confirm when payment will be rectified, access may be reinstated.
If payment cannot be resolved and communication is not received, you may be removed from the Program and the outstanding balance may be referred for recovery at your expense.
Due to the nature of the Program and immediate access to content, there are no refunds or cancellations.
8. PHOTOS, MEDIA & TESTIMONIALS ––––––––––––––––––––––
As part of the Program, before, during and after photos, progress images, videos and testimonials may be collected.
You consent to Ageless Transformations using this material for Program delivery, marketing, social media, websites, transformation events and award submissions. This may include editing and before-and-after comparisons.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY & CONTENT ––––––––––––––––––––––
We ask that all participants respect the confidentiality of the group and what is shared by others.
All Program content remains the intellectual property of Ageless Transformations and is provided for personal use only.
10. GENERAL ––––––––––––––––––––––
We are not responsible for changes or delays caused by events outside our control.
These Terms form the entire agreement between us. If any part is found to be unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.

By enrolling in the Ageless Transformations 2026 Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
